It is a FULL update (i.e. of 1.67 GB approx.) which will upgrade your phone to version 432 (i.e. Android 10 Beta 4).

Important Note:
 
1. For Android Pie Users: For Installing this update, your phone should be on any of these Firmware Versions: 060, 061, 063, 082, 084, 087.
 
2. For Android 10 Beta Users: For Installing this update, your phone should be on any of these Firmware Versions: 407, 424 or 429.
 
3. Apart to this sometime it will ask you to reset your phone, so do take backup in advance else everything will be deleted and you can't do anything afterwards. Even at my side I have seen this issue on Android Pie Based Versions like: 063 and 087 where I have to factory Reset my Phone in the Stock Recovery Mode which in result into the data loss in the Internal Storage.
