Steps:

a. Telegram App should be installed from the Google Play Store:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.telegram.messenger 

b. Link for downloading NXP:

https://t.me/ASUSX00TD/668244 

c. Boot into the TWRP Recovery and then Mount the Vendor Partition.

d. Install the downloaded file in TWRP Recovery.

e. Wipe Cache/Dalvik.

f. Reboot the phone and test the Audio.

g. Apart to this if you see any problem with the Audio after installing it just reboot the phone and it will be resolved.
