Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 | OnePlus 7 ROM | OxygenOS 10.2 ROM | Android 10 | Installation

Here are the instructions for installing OnePlus 7 ROM or OxygenOS 10.2 ROM (i.e. Android 10) on Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1:

Bug List:

 From Developer's side:

1. Wav Codec is not working (So wait till we get official Android Q Update on Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1).
2. Bluetooth Audio is not working.
3. Sometimes Wi-Fi display icon is not working. (Need to restart phone).
4. Message App crashes when Volte is On.

From our side:

5. Battery Drainage.
6. Inconsistent Battery Statistics.

No need of flashing the GApps separately as this ROM already includes GApps.

Pre-requisites:

01. Backup your data.

02. Charge your phone battery atleast 50% and more but I will recommend to have atleast 80% or more.

03. Latest Firmware (Version 060 at present). (For Optimal State) (Referenced Videos mentioned below):

05. TWRP Custom Recovery should be installed (Referenced Video mentioned below):

Skip the Installation part related to Pixel Experience Custom ROM (as we will install OnePlus 7 ROM | OxygenOS 10.2 ROM in the proceeding steps). 

06. Installation of TWRP Recovery by AMACK using TWRP Recovery:

a. Install/Flash the TWRP Recovery by AMACK.
b. Reboot the phone to the recovery again. 

07. Finally the installation of OnePlus 7 ROM | OxygenOS 10.2 ROM using TWRP Recovery:

a. Format Data.
b. Wipe Cache, Dalvik, Data and System. (Vendor partition is optional).
c. Install/Flash the OnePlus 7 ROM | OxygenOS 10.2 ROM.

08. Reboot the phone and complete the phone setup process. (Wait for 10-15 mins but if it is taking more than 15 mins and still there is no progress with the Phone Setup process then restart the device as it will fasten the process afterwards).

09. Last but not the least finally enjoy OnePlus 7 ROM | OxygenOS 10.2 ROM on Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1.
